Head to Sanctuary Village after completion of Contaminated Coast. This opens the Sanctuary Hub Quests, but they will not be available for a few days.

Pro Tip: Hold off on doing this SBA until you reach the The Sanctuary Village Quest Hub. By doing so, it will give you a new (uncompleted) area to whack in when you do the Sanctuary Village Hub Quests (which limits you to whacking only in the Infected plains, Infected Plains Secret Bonus Areas, or the Flux).
